At Bama, we constantly strive to ensure our company culture is one of acceptance and inclusion for every person we work with: our team members, our vendors, and our clients.
“When we’re all equally represented, our needs can be equally addressed,” says Paula Marshall, Bama CEO and Chief Inclusion Officer.
Martin Luther King, Jr. embodied and fought for many of the qualities and policies that we strive to emulate. This year, as every year, we participated in Tulsa’s MLK Day Parade, held on January 21, to honor him.
The theme for the parade this year was “Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow – the Dream Is Forever.” More than 100 floats were in the parade, which wound its way through downtown Tulsa in front of more than 10,000 spectators.
We’re proud of our team members who put in their time and energy to build our float, and equally proud of our dance team, who won second place in the competition!
Congratulations!
